AI agent for analyzing and distributing calls from telephony
An automated system has been developed for processing calls from the Ringostat telephony. The AI agent receives data about new calls, transcribes audio to text, analyzes the conversation, and automatically distributes requests to Telegram channels based on the service category (interesting/uninteresting).
Functionality:
1) Receiving call data via Ringostat Webhook
2) Transcription of audio recording to text
3) Conversation analysis with determination of service direction and category
4) Distribution of requests to Telegram channels based on service category (interesting/uninteresting)
