Client Goal:
Automate call center recording analysis for operator script adherence, reducing manager workload.
My Contribution:
Developed Make.com prototype: monitors audio files (GDrive test), transcribes (Whisper), translates (GPT-3.5 UKR->RUS), & performs basic script analysis (GPT-3.5, placeholder). Log results/errors (GSheets). Researched triggers for Google OAuth stability.
Success:
Built a working prototype proving the feasibility of AI call analysis. Demonstrated full processing cycle. Ready for finalization with real script & stable trigger.
