Bot for Tour Agency. Request Warm-up and Submission for Selection + FAQ

Client's request: Create a Telegram Bot for lead generation and tour application submission. With an additional section for frequently asked questions (FAQ).

GOAL: 1. To receive a warmer flow of Leads from advertising campaign launches on the Bot (offline - flyers, etc.) / online - promotion on social networks.
2. Retaining subscriber clients and attracting them to repeat services, through sending offers, answering common questions, and offering subscription to the Telegram channel.

For convenience, all Lead data, through integration, should be transmitted to a separate Telegram group for Tour Agency employees, as well as stored in a Google spreadsheet.
Deadline: 7 days

Formulated brief after initial briefing with the client:

Telegram Bot. Entry in the form of a link or QR code.
Bot functionality:
>> Ability to submit a tour request, leaving contact details (Lead) in various variations (depending on user choice):
1) By providing a phone number for specifying all vacation preferences, during a call from the manager;
2) By completing a short survey, indicating main vacation preferences, as well as contact details, for the manager to contact with preliminary tour options;
>> Saving the left contact details and vacation preferences in a Google Spreadsheet
>>(Integration) Transferring lead data (applications) to messages, a special Telegram group, for administration and tour agency managers.
>> Section of Most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) with answers and the ability to go directly from this section to submitting a tour request or consultation.
>> Ability in the Bot to ask a question to the tour agency manager and receive an answer in the bot or by phone (if specified)
>> Ability to directly subscribe to the Telegram channel of the tour agency, other social networks, as well as a separate section of tour agency contacts from the bot.
>> Ability to send promotional newsletters to subscribers with promotions and useful up-to-date travel information.

Outcome:
Leads from the Bot became warmer and more qualified. Users were segmented into those already planning a vacation and ready to book services in the near future, and those who are just interested but could potentially become clients of the tour agency in the future. By monitoring the traffic sources from which the user came, advertising budgets were reallocated to more effective sources.
