There are no competitors in the quick restaurant format with an emphasis on pizza in this area. The main competitive advantages of “Momento” are a convenient location, fast service, quality cuisine, and attractive prices.
The establishment will occupy an area of 160 m², of which 77 m² is the visitor hall. Modern equipment will be purchased, and the kitchen, workshops, and auxiliary rooms will be arranged. Staff will consist of 15 people (chefs, waiters, cleaners, accountant, manager), working in shifts from 10:00 to 23:00.
