The business process "Return" replaces the full paper documentation when the goods are returned from the buyer. The process includes:
1 . Application for Return
2. choice of return type (virtual - this is the price and real - where real returns the goods
Treatment of the return application with managers and 6th departments
4. all agreements to users come in the form of communicated
and 5. Three documents are formed.
