I carry out project development of engineering networks for private houses, utility buildings, reconstructions, and individual construction projects in ArchiCAD.
I process sewer lines, water supply, water treatment, heating, connections to collectors, underfloor heating, vent pipes, inspection sections, passages through foundation slabs, sleeves, slopes, alignments to axes, elevation marks, and nodes for engineering passage through structures.
My advantage is not just to "draw pipes," but to create a clear project logic that can be read on-site without unnecessary assumptions. I provide solutions in the form of 2D drawings, 3D diagrams, sections, nodes, tables of pipe specifications, fittings, and main materials for procurement.
In my work, I consider:
slope of sewer pipes;
outlet and connection points for sanitary appliances;
inspection and serviceable sections;
vent outlets through the roof;
external mains to the septic tank or central sewerage;
pipes passing through the foundation slab;
sleeves and protective casings;
thermal insulation of pipes in areas prone to freezing;
engineering alignment with the building structure;
the possibility of further installation without conflict with the slab, walls, and partitions.
Separately, I can prepare a visual 3D diagram of engineering networks with element labeling and specifications, so that the client, master, and installer equally understand where each pipe runs, which element is used, and at which point the connection is made.
I work in ArchiCAD with detailed architectural-structural presentation, color separation of systems, dimensional alignments, and explanatory notes for convenient execution of work on-site.
I can assist with either a separate engineering diagram or a comprehensive integration of engineering networks with the foundation, floor slab, basement, underfloor heating, heating, and water supply.
