Tasks:
1. Establish a stable flow of leads.
2. Achieve a cost of $45 per lead.
3. Test new Google Ads tools.

How we worked:
1. Conducted market and competitor analysis (SEMrush, Google Trends).
2. Launched search campaigns + PMAX for scaling.
3. Added a strong offer — a $3750 grant for window replacement.
4. Tested DemandGen, which provided leads at 20–25% lower cost.

Results over three months:
- 626 leads (approximately 7 leads per day);
- $35 per lead, which is 22% lower than our target of $45;
- 33% conversion to qualified clients, which is 8% more than planned.
