A request came in for a very urgent launch of advertising on Facebook/Instagram.
Event - Valentine's Day party in Miami and Fort Lauderdale (Florida, USA).
And there was very little time left.
In the office, I saw restrictions, and part of the resources was unavailable due to loss of access to phones/emails.
So I had to quickly create, warm up, and launch a new advertising account.
The client did not have previous analytics and time for tests.
Therefore, I set up all suitable options for advertising campaigns.
I thought it would be easiest to sell tickets through Sales on the website. But no - the agency was unknown, and cold leads were not in a hurry to pay...
So we went through leads from forms and Sales through WhatsApp conversations.
Here, the client was already communicating with people and selling them tickets.
I also collected a large database of contacts, which will be useful for future events.
