Case: launching Meta Ads for searching for employees in Poland (construction)

I set up an advertising campaign on Meta to attract Ukrainian workers for construction vacancies in Poland: formworkers, reinforcement workers, concrete workers, and helpers.

The advertisement was launched for 2 separate segments: Ukrainians who are already in Poland and Ukrainians in Ukraine who plan to leave. This allowed for not mixing audiences with different motivations and better controlling the quality of applications.

What was done:

I divided the traffic by geo and audience type;
prepared 6 creatives in Ukrainian;
set up lead generation with initial qualification of candidates;
optimized the advertisement not only by CPL but also by the quality of applications.

Results after 30 days:

38 qualified candidates
11 relevant outputs/agreements

Result:
The advertisement provided not just applications but a more manageable flow of candidates for hiring. The best results came from proper segmentation, a specific offer, and qualification at the form stage.
