Meta Ads for building materials: roofing, corrugated sheet, metal
I set up and launched Meta Ads for a company that sells roofing materials: metal tiles, profiled sheets, and accessories. The main task was not just to collect applications, but to bring targeted inquiries for cost estimation, consultation, and further sales.
In this niche, the main risk is wasting the budget on cheap but weak leads that simply ask for prices or monitor the market. Therefore, in the advertising, I focused not on general phrases, but on specific offers: cost estimation based on dimensions, material selection based on budget, consultation on metal thickness, and delivery in the region.
In my work, I segmented audiences, tested several creatives and offers, built connections through lead forms and messages, and added retargeting for warm audiences. The simplest creatives with real photos of objects and clear presentation worked best.

average cost per inquiry — 236 UAH,
targeted leads after filtering — 91,
average cost per targeted lead — 356 UAH.
As a result, I managed to build a more stable customer acquisition channel through Meta Ads and provide the business not just with traffic, but with inquiries that can already be worked on in sales.
