The task was not just to launch advertising, but to build a system for attracting targeted applications for a service that helps organizers launch author tours and retreats in Turkey.

At the start, there was a typical problem for this niche: the product is emotional, the price is above average, and people do not make decisions at the first touch. If traffic is directed simply to "beautiful photos of the sea," it is possible to get clicks and cheap reach, but not quality applications.

In the work, I divided the audience into several segments: people interested in retreats and author trips, a warm audience based on interactions, and separately those who could be program organizers themselves. At the same time, I repackaged the advertising presentation: instead of an abstract "tour to Turkey," I focused on the format, atmosphere, structure of the program, and convenient turnkey organization.

Next, we tested several offers and creative angles: through emotion, through trust, through participation scenarios, and through the pain of the organizer who wants to launch their program without chaos in logistics and processes. After that, we pushed the result with retargeting to those who had already interacted with the ads, Instagram, and the engagement page.

Results after 6 weeks:
— 89 applications
— average cost per application — $8.4
— CTR of the best creatives — 2.3%
— average cost per click — $0.34
— after optimization, the cost per application was reduced by 27%

The best-performing ads were not just travel creatives, but connections where the person immediately understood for whom this program is, what the format of participation is, what they will receive, and why this service alleviates part of the organizational burden.

Conclusion: in the niche of author tours, Meta Ads work well when not just a trip is sold, but the value of the format, trust, experience, and clear results. In this project, the connection that worked was: audience segmentation, strong offers, creative testing, and retargeting for quality applications.
