Telegram bot for the internet provider "SkyNet",
The following tasks were assigned:
Develop a "Support Service" where clients can contact "Support" agents at specified times from 8:00 to 00:00 - The bot automatically determines the time and blocks functions. When a client writes during working hours, the ticket goes to all available operators in personal messages.
Also, develop a "Help" section, when the command /help is issued - a list with buttons appears that includes "Company Contacts" and frequently asked questions.
When the command /start is issued - "Main Menu", you can select the button "Service Payment" - and fill in the data; if an incorrect number or letters are entered - the bot automatically records this and warns the user that the data entered is invalid. In the chatbot, an anti-spam system "CAPTCHA" has been developed to prevent "Bots" from spamming the bot; after data entry is completed, the bot reminds about the public offer and sends a LiqPay payment widget, the payment is processed automatically and if successful - it is sent to the employees, and if not - it notifies the user that they have insufficient funds on their bank card.
Deployment was carried out on AWS (Amazon) OS: Ubuntu 22.04
