The true cheese holiday - the III All-Ukrainian Craft Cheese Festival Ukraine Cheese Awards Day took place on 14-15 September in Kiev. The most diverse author cheese from cow, beef, sheep milk was presented by raw products from all over the country. Today, in Ukraine, the raw production is getting turnover, and some authors' Ukrainian cheese in quality are no longer inferior to the European. Probably in Ukraine there are about 1,000 small croft cheese producers and the number of them is constantly growing: for to start the production of cheese it needs a minimum of resources and a daily volume of milk of 50 liters, and also raw production is a great idea for family business.
