Creation of an AI chatbot based on Zapier

Created a chatbot for a fitness studio with the aim of reducing the workload on managers and optimizing costs for processing incoming inquiries.

The bot includes:

The functionality of the chatbot allows:

to register clients for classes with data transfer to CRM
