To bring order to sales and pre-sales preparation. The company's services were being sold, but there was no order and systematization. They described the customer's needs. Tasks for the designer were transmitted via messenger. It was extremely difficult to control the execution of such tasks. When there were 100 or more projects in progress, it became impossible.
One of the tasks is to digitize all stages of production and create a production calendar. This task could be fully implemented only when the client switched to the Professional tariff plan.
Bitrix24 was chosen because it had been used for some time with the free version. He set tasks for himself.
During the first conversation, it was possible to discuss the processes that were in the company. Specialists prepared a demo presentation of work in Bitrix24. It was exactly what was needed.

Implementation started with CRM and sales process description.
The next stage was working with tasks and projects.
The main achievement was the formalization of production through Smart processes.
One of the implementation features is that production is not sitting at the computer, but is engaged in gluing, welding, cutting, etc. Additional training on using the mobile application was provided for this user group. Short video instructions were recorded.
For all users, a printed instruction with screenshots, descriptions, and simple navigation was prepared.
Currently, the company actively uses: Tasks and projects, Work schedules, CRM, business processes, Chats within the company.

CRM and Smart processes are the main tools for Eypilite. Thanks to the functionality, employees in another country were able to be connected. The adaptation process at work took three days. The manager immediately started working. Bitrix24 suggested what information needed to be obtained from the client and what information needed to be passed on to internal departments.
CRM and IP telephony allow monitoring offices in other countries.
Thanks to the work schedule and tasks, a production calendar was built and transparent workload planning was achieved.
