CRM Lead Automation System (Make + Google Sheets)

Developed a lead automation system (CRM).

The system collects applications, stores them in Google Sheets, and allows tracking the status of each lead. Data is updated automatically without manual intervention.

Implemented logic:
— adding new leads to the table
— updating status (new / in progress / converted)
— saving the date and key client data
— centralized storage of all applications

Used:
— Make (automation logic)
— Google Sheets (CRM system)

Result: structured work with leads and complete control over applications.
