AI CRM Lead Qualification & Priority System
Developed a system for automatic processing of messages from Telegram.
The bot receives messages from users and forwards them to AI for analysis. Based on the text, the type of inquiry is determined (HOT or COLD), and a score and priority (low / medium / high) are calculated.
All data is automatically stored in Google Sheets: name, message, lead type, date, score, and priority.
If a user is identified as a potential client (HOT), the information can additionally be used for quick response.
