AI Customer Support Bot (Telegram + Google Sheets)

Developed a Telegram bot for automating customer support.

The bot processes user requests, determines the type of inquiry (question, order, status), and provides a response. If necessary, it forwards the request to a manager.

All inquiries are stored in Google Sheets for further analysis and control.
