Designing SIP houses, frames, nodes in ArchiCAD

I perform professional design, structural modeling, and detailing of houses made from SIP panels, frame systems, and related structural elements - from a general 3D model to a complete production set of drawings.

I develop logically connected documentation for manufacturing and assembly: layout of SIP panels, marking of elements, specifications for panels and beams, connection nodes, openings, framing, reinforcement, working sheets, 3D diagrams, and clear assembly logic.

I work not only with the visual part but also with the technical essence of the structure: mutual binding of walls, openings, frame, terraces, ceilings, roofing, foundation solutions, and related construction stages. If necessary, I can prepare detailed material specifications, estimated volumes, element lists, cutting plans, nodes, and a basic cost estimate structure for the project.

I have practical experience in construction, building, and preparing documentation for actual manufacturing, so the project is presented not as an abstract image but as a clear system for production, assembly, and further work control on site.
