Development of the character and sticker pack "Leon the Mood-Shifteter"
Goal: Create a unique mascot character that conveys the various states of a modern freelancer/digital specialist.
Character: Chameleon. Why this one? Because chameleons adapt, change colors and moods — it is the perfect metaphor for the flexible and dynamic IT field.
Stylistic decision: A combination of street style (streetwear), light irony, and expressive 2D graphics with an emphasis on contours.
2. Work stages
Character search: Development of the basic shape and recognizable features (tired look, sneakers, hoodie).
Emotional map (Expressions): Creation of a set of situations familiar to every user.
Color adaptation: Each color of the chameleon is tied to a specific state (Red — drive/chaos, Purple — dreams/French vibe, Gray — work mode).
3. Sticker gallery
Here, it is worth grouping your images by categories to show variability:
Chaos & Action: Red chameleon in a hoodie painting graffiti. A symbol of deadlines, creative energy, and "controlled chaos."
Deep Work: Gray chameleon in a hoodie behind a laptop. The state of maximum concentration when you are "in the flow."
Dreamer Mode: Purple chameleon by a wardrobe dreaming of Paris and croissants. The aesthetics of relaxation and visualization of goals.
Sport & Pain: Blue chameleon on a pull-up bar. An ironic take on attempts to maintain physical fitness between work calls.
Cool & Chill: Green chameleon in a beanie with a lollipop. Confidence and style.
4. Technical details
File preparation for Telegram/WhatsApp (.webp, 512x512px).
High detail that allows the character to be used not only in stickers but also for merchandise (t-shirts, laptop stickers).
5. Result
A cohesive visual image has been created that is easily scalable. The character evokes empathy in the audience, as everyone finds themselves in it — from the moment "the deadline is burning" to "I want to go on vacation."
