Editing and translation
I made edits to the Russian version of the book and translated it into Ukrainian. Here I want to publish the Introduction from this book:
Introduction
Hello, reader! This book is created based on my own experience and the experience of those who wished to share it while working on this literature. You can hate it at any moment, or you can read it to the end and make your own conclusion.
My goal is not to convince you of anything; I just want to provide a basis for reflection so that you can analyze everything from different perspectives. I would also like to convey to you an understanding of why hate simultaneously destroys those who use it and those who react to it. I will try to use as few incomprehensible and complex words as possible so that reading and perceiving the information is easy and interesting.
This book is interactive. You can perform tasks and recommendations, or you can just read. The choice is always yours. If you have a printed version of the book, you can write down your thoughts right here. I have intentionally left spaces in certain places. If you are reading the electronic version, you can take a sheet of paper and a pen. Don't have either? Then respond verbally, in your head, and try to remember the answers so that you can analyze the entire stage.
