Launch sales in a highly competitive niche (where JYSK, Epicenter, and thousands of small players already exist) and bring the business to stable profit from the first months of operation.

Duky-Ducky team's solution:
We chose a "long game" strategy, focusing on traffic quality and LTV (lifetime value of the customer), rather than quick and cheap clicks.

What was done:

Google Shopping: Set up smart campaigns for high-margin lead products.

Seasonal optimization: In peak months (for example, December), we not only increased the budget but deeply optimized the campaigns. As a result — we reduced the cost of customer acquisition (CPA) by 50%, increasing sales by 57%.

Remarketing: Set up campaigns to bring back visitors, which increased overall ROAS.
