Google Ads setup - barbershop (GA4, GTM, Merchant)
1. An audit of the website was conducted for compliance with advertising requirements and recommendations for changes were provided.
2. Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager services were activated, goal tracking was set up, which was also pulled into Analytics and the Advertising Cabinet.
3. Based on the created conversions, audiences for remarketing in Google Analytics were formed.
4. A keyword list for advertising categories was compiled, based on which advertising announcements for the search campaign were created.
5. Extensions were created for the launched ads in the form of:
- images
- logo
- additional links
- clarifications
- structured descriptions
- phone number
6. The Microsoft Clarity service was connected to track the behavioral factors of website visitors.
7. Work was carried out on the ads to improve their quality to the maximum level.
8. A list of negative keywords was created (and expanded over the month).
