I work as a project manager and lead the abuse department at UltaHost – a leading web hosting provider. As part of my job, I initiated the implementation of AI solutions for automating the processing of complaints and internal processes, which allowed for a reduction in response time and an increase in team efficiency.

My role also includes project management, KPI monitoring, team coordination, and optimization of operational processes. I develop and maintain Python scripts for automating routine tasks, streamlining business processes, and allowing the team to focus on strategic initiatives.
