How to effectively visualize the pain of the target audience
A law firm specializing in bankruptcy procedures for individuals approached me with a task to create a creative that touches on the emotional pain of clients — fear of creditors and collectors — and offers a legal solution.
Task: Visually convey the feeling of pressure and anxiety, while demonstrating that an exit exists — and it is under the control of experienced lawyers.
What I did:
1. Based on a strong trigger headline: “Fear of creditors and collectors?”, which evokes an emotional response even before reading the details.
2. Used a restrained color palette with dominance of dark blue and a background of flying banknotes — as a metaphor for “debt chaos”.
3. Under the headline — a clear solution: “Creditors will no longer call!” and “Debt write-off through bankruptcy”.
4. Added safety markers: “Legal way out of the situation” and “Free consultation” — to reduce tension and encourage contact.
5. An image of a man in a business suit completes the composition — as a personification of protection, decisiveness, and reliable support.
Result:
The creative received high feedback in targeted advertising among the audience aged 30–55, who have problems with loans. Thanks to emotional directness and a clear solution in one frame, the number of website visits and consultation requests increased significantly.
