iCOLOR CASE workshop on OneBox OS processes for entrepreneurs
I plan to launch a regular column where every Wednesday I will share live cases and architectural solutions from our Workshop.
#practicum_icolor #businessprocesses
I will share a fresh case from our practicum.
I completely rewrote the logic of the first week of training, here is the architecture of the first day: https://icoloronebox.org.ua/crm-kurs-practicum/zrobit-krok-do-kerovanoho-biznesu/
The technical essence of the solution: In the box, I set it up so that from a single web platform (it’s in the box, so tasks instantly fall into it) a separate task is created each time, where data is automatically entered. To avoid creating hundreds of different forms for each lesson, the form remains the same, but I added a script that automatically fills in the necessary questions in the fields depending on the page.
As of now, I am thinking about the logic of the counter to correctly count the number of completed lessons within the system.
Question to the practitioners in the community: Has anyone already designed similar training status chains or step counters in the box? What mechanics or automatic actions did you use for counting?
I would appreciate it if you could share your own experience!
