"Solmar" - a manufacturer of sewing products that has been successfully operating in this market for about 10 years. The company has a network of 10 offline stores and hundreds of thousands of followers on social media.

The initial request from the client included the full integration of all processes from the receipt of raw materials to the sale of goods to the end consumer, as well as the setup of default functionality for each link in the company.

This was prompted by the following requirements:
Optimization of the work of various departments.
Regulation of collective activities of several warehouses of the manufacturer...

During the implementation of the CRM, our managers automated the process of receiving and processing orders, as well as the process of notifying customers. Thus, the client was able to identify weak points in the management of the company that were initially not in the client's field of vision. The CRM was also integrated with the shipping processing service. Our team set up a Kanban view for warehouse operations: products were added to product cards, which significantly accelerated the interaction processes between the company's departments.

Thanks to the integration of the CRM, the sewing products manufacturer "Solmar" was able to resolve the following ongoing workflow issues:
Interaction of employees with managers from different departments became significantly easier due to the functionality of the Kanban view mode.
"Weak points" in the management system were eliminated.
The ability to effectively apply marketing tools emerged.
