We integrated KeyCRM with Instagram, set up order statuses, connected Nova Poshta for automatic creation of shipping documents, entered the client database, imported products, and configured basic inventory accounting. We also conducted training for the manager and staff and addressed team questions in a Q&A format.
As a result, the brand received a unified system for processing inquiries, managing orders, client database, products, and shipments. This provided a clearer daily workflow for the team and faster order processing.
