Successful Story: How We Generated Leads and Sold Properties from the Developer in Kyiv and the Region

Client: a developer with more than 10 successful projects in Kyiv and Kyiv region.

How we implemented the project:
1. Social media preparation:
- Developed scripts for Reels.
- Filmed content at the client's properties.
- Edited and adapted videos for the target audience.
- Created and launched new pages on Facebook and Instagram.
2. Promotion strategy development:
- Conducted in-depth analysis of the target audience and competitors.
- Segmented the audience by pain points, needs, and possible solutions.
- Built a sales funnel with conversion through social networks.
- Created over 20 video creatives in Reels format.
- Property reviews.
- Demonstration of developer advantages.
- Videos addressing typical client objections.
- Conducted a master class for the sales department on handling and closing inquiries.
3. Advertising account setup:
Since the client lost their Business Manager and Facebook page, a decision was made to proceed as follows:
- Purchased a Facebook account from an arbitration farm.
- Connected the account to an anti-detect browser.
- Set up a proxy server.
- Created a new Business Manager and advertising accounts.
- Linked a new bank card.
- Fully prepared advertising campaigns for launch.
Promotion strategy choice:
To effectively obtain phone numbers of potential clients, we chose the "Leads" objective via Lead Form as the fastest and most convenient way to transfer contacts to the sales department.

Important:
Before launching the Lead Form, we properly configured the advertising account and the form itself to avoid receiving fake applications (bots). How to do this correctly is detailed in training or consultations. For each property, a separate Lead Form was created for request segmentation.
Results for the first 2 months:
- Spent: $1956
- Received: 750 targeted inquiries (phone numbers)
- Average cost per inquiry: $2.61
- Result: sales plan was achieved.
