The company produces all types of custom-made furniture for the home, focusing on shoe racks, benches, chairs, and folding tables.
Main tasks:
The advertising was not satisfactory, so our task was to reduce the cost per lead and increase the profitability of the ads.
Challenges:
Since we used the "message in direct" objective, there could be low-quality leads and low conversion to sales.
What we did:
Analyzed the target audience;
Studied competitors;
Built a Customer Journey Map (CJM);
Created an advertising launch strategy;
Developed static and video creatives to find the most effective approach;
Launched campaigns for direct messages to generate leads immediately, as well as traffic campaigns to increase page visibility and audience for further engagement and purchases.
