Lazerhall: Target for a network of laser cosmetology centers. 14 salons in Ukraine and Europe
Client:
LazerHall — a network of laser cosmetology centers in Ukraine and Poland.
At the start of the collaboration, the network was actively scaling and operating in several cities simultaneously.
Task:
- Build a comprehensive marketing system for the network
- Increase the number of applications in each city
- Ensure a stable flow of clients for laser hair removal
- Raise brand awareness in the regions
- Reduce the cost of applications and make it predictable
Point A:
- Advertising was launched by other contractors
- The cost of applications reached $10
- The flow of applications was unstable
- There was no unified strategy across cities
- There were only 6 centers at the start
- Not all funnel formats were used (Direct / Quiz / traffic)
Point B:
- Created conversion videos and static creatives
- Launched lead generation, Direct, Quiz, and awareness campaigns
- Reduced the cost of applications to $1–3 in most cities
- Developed catchy offers for each city — focus on promotions and combo offers
- The network scaled and opened new centers with a ready marketing strategy
- Work was done both with the Lazerhall brand and the updated Daarise brand — website design was developed

- Lead form — for large cities
- Quiz — supporting format when applications declined
4. Simultaneously scaled brand awareness through reach and traffic on Instagram.
5. Actively supported the launch of new centers:
Thanks to the working strategy, the launch of each new city occurred faster and more efficiently.
