To achieve a natural and expressive interaction between the AI character and the user, a comprehensive Blendshapes / Morph Targets setup was developed:
Facial Expressions: Full set of micro-expressions (joy, surprise, thoughtfulness, sadness, smile, etc.) fully compatible with facial tracking and lip-sync systems (Apple ARKit / Visemes).
Oral Cavity Morphs: Dedicated teeth and tongue morphs for precise mouth animation and lip-syncing during AI voice output.
Rigging & Animation
Rigging:
Standardized humanoid rig with intuitive controllers for seamless animation.
Clean skin weights (Skinning) applied without volume loss or artifacts during extreme poses.
Animation Pack:
Idle State: Natural breathing, blinking, and looking-around cycles that keep the character feeling "alive" while listening.
Talking State: Expressive hand gestures, head tilts, and emotional accents synchronized with responses.
