Meta Ads for B2B agro service: 148 applications and ROAS 8.5x

Prepared a case for launching and optimizing Meta Ads for a B2B agricultural service specializing in the repair of plastic containers, sprayer tanks, CAS containers, and agricultural packaging.

The main task was not just to obtain cheap leads, but to attract farmers and agricultural enterprises with a real need for repairing large plastic containers.

What was included in the work:

— niche and seasonal demand analysis;
— preparation of advertising logic for the agricultural audience;
— launching Meta Lead Forms;
— setting up local geo in the mobile team's service area;
— excluding regional centers to avoid wasting budget on non-target urban audiences;
— audience selection: farming, agriculture, agrotechnics, sprayers, small business owners;
— testing creative filters for specific customer pain points;
— preparing an offer without unnecessary "fluff";
— lead qualification through the lead form;
— analysis of CPL, CTR, conversion from lead to payment, and ROAS.

Creative logic:

The main focus was not on abstract "plastic repair," but on the specific situation of the agrarian:

"Is your tank cracked? Don’t buy a new one for $3000. We’ll weld it in 5 hours with a guarantee. We come to your farm."

The best-performing elements were:

1. First-person Reels
A craftsman shows the damaged sprayer tank and the repair process. The creative immediately filtered the audience: if a person doesn’t have such a problem, they don’t react; if they do — they immediately recognize their pain.

2. "Before / After" Carousel
Showed the damaged plastic container, the welding process, and the finished airtight seam after water testing. For the B2B audience, this provided proof, not just an advertising promise.

Lead form:

To avoid collecting random applications, a qualifying question was added to the form:

"What is the volume of the container and what exactly is damaged?"

This allowed filtering out small or irrelevant inquiries and focusing on large objects: sprayer tanks, CAS containers, agricultural packaging, and industrial plastic containers.

Results over 3 months:

— budget: $1,350;
— reach: 42,000 users;
— average CTR: 3.8%;
— applications received: 148;
— CPL: $9.12;
— conversion from lead to payment: 22%;
— paid repairs: 32;
— average check: $360;
— revenue from advertising: $11,520;
— ROAS: 8.5x.

Financial math:

32 paid repairs × $360 average check = $11,520 in revenue.

Advertising costs — $1,350.

ROAS = $11,520 / $1,350 = 8.5x.

Main conclusion:

The case worked not due to complex targeting, but due to the correct connection:

seasonal demand → local geo → specific pain → direct offer → visual proof → lead qualification → quick application processing.

Meta Ads in the narrow B2B agricultural niche can consistently provide quality leads if the advertising sells not a "service," but a specific business solution.

In this case, the advertising sold not plastic welding, but the opportunity to avoid buying a new container for thousands of dollars and quickly restore a damaged one with a visit to the farm.
