Revenue of $50,000 for a food delivery app
One of the largest fast food networks in Kyiv - 400,000 orders per month, 11 locations in Kyiv. The app has just been launched on iOS/Android platforms.
Task: promote the app, increase user engagement, and keep the cost to $1.1 per order.
What has been done?
Budgeting:
The first 2 months 90% cold campaign 10% retargeting.
As soon as the systems learned and we gained +1500 installations,
70% cold campaign 20% retargeting 10% video for brand reinforcement.
Conducted a detailed analysis of competitors and the market:
Identified the main offers/advantages that the project has (delivery within 40 minutes, free delivery from 150 UAH, bonus system, bonus for the first order 50 UAH).
Problems encountered:
We are limited in GEO (only Kyiv).
There are quite a few food deliveries; we focused on testing banners and ad texts. This case is not about setting up accounts but about communication with the user and remarketing funnels.
8 out of 10 projects we start working with launch ads "chaotically," without a well-thought-out funnel and strategy.
