Task:
Establish a systematic channel for attracting new clients through online advertising. The main goals are to increase the number of incoming applications (leads) and optimize the cost of their acquisition (CPL) to achieve maximum profitability of the marketing budget.

Challenge:
The legal niche in the UK is extremely competitive with a high cost per click. It was necessary to find a balance between reaching a broad audience and precisely targeting people who need professional legal assistance right now.

Solution:
1. Two-pronged campaign strategy: Divided traffic into two parallel funnels: Conversions (direct applications on the website) and Lead Forms (collecting contacts within Facebook). This allowed reaching users with different levels of readiness to engage.
2. Segmented targeting: Used detailed settings based on demographics and interests directly related to the legal field to exclude non-targeted impressions and save the budget.
3. Optimization of Lead Forms: Configured forms to gather the most complete information about the client's request even before the lawyer's first call.
