Psychological post
It is not about mysticism at all. Epigenetic studies confirm: the traumas of ancestors (hunger, wars, repressions) can leave a mark in our genes and influence how we react today:
- we strive to save;
- we feel anxious in enclosed spaces;
- we worry without reason;
Perhaps because the body "remembers" danger.
The good news is that this can and should be worked on.
- be aware of your reactions;
- plan without panic;
- take care of yourself.
If you need support, turn to a psychologist.
The past influences, but you determine what your life will be like!
