The client (project DYBAYT) is a business specializing in real estate investments in the United Arab Emirates, offering properties in Dubai such as Damac Lagoon Villas & Townhouses and Sobha Hartland Luxury. The target audience is Russian-speaking individuals interested in real estate and investments, as well as people in executive positions.
The main tasks of the advertising campaign were:

Generating traffic to landing pages (websites).
Attracting leads through lead forms for potential investors.

Solution
To achieve the set goals, a multi-step funnel and a segmented approach to audience targeting on Facebook and Instagram were developed. Three main audience segments were identified:
