PROJECT OVERVIEW:
A women's clothing store offers a wide range of sizes. The store provides sizes from 44 to 62. They understand how important it is for clothing to fit perfectly, which is why they offer a free cash-on-delivery shipping service, as well as the option to return or exchange the product in case the customer is not satisfied with their choice.

MAIN TASKS:

1. Elevate the clothing store to a new level in terms of purchase quantity.
2. Work on the brand perception among the target audience.

PITFALLS:

1. They spent a long time searching for a working connection, conducted many test campaigns, used creatives in at least 3-4 different variations, of which only a few yielded good results.
2. Quite high competition, low average check, not very high-quality product, which also became an obstacle during the initial launches and resulted in most refusals via email (people do not pick up the product).
3. The product is produced only once without repeats, which is also a significant problem in this clothing segment.

WHAT HAS BEEN DONE:

1. Built a strategy considering CJM and CustDev.
2. Developed strong communication, created unique offers, and made quite interesting creatives similar to luxury brands (even though the clothing from this store does not quite match this positioning).
3. After many tests, they found a winner that provided a good number of leads at a low cost per day.
