MAIN TASKS:

1. Create a stable flow of students to form new groups.

1. Actually, there are not that many. The main one is seasonality.

1. Conducted a full analysis of competitors' activities, identified the strengths and weaknesses of our client.
2. Built a targeting funnel for obtaining applications.
3. Developed a communication strategy for promotion.
4. A stable lead generation and sales system with a predictable outcome.
