Targeted advertising for a language school
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
This language school is a leading center for foreign language learning and preparation for international exams. They are a certified partner of Cambridge English and Language Cert, allowing clients to prepare for and take exams directly at their center.
They offer many language courses, with the main one currently being the “From zero to Hero” course for three languages: English, German, Polish (the course is designed for a year of study, with many “perks,” one of which is a free laptop for effective and comfortable learning).
MAIN TASKS:
1. Reaching a large number of people interested in learning languages (English, Polish, German)
2. Recruiting groups for the course (generating applications)
PITFALLS:
1. We were not given access to a warmed-up advertising account that already had a fairly good performance. Instead, a separate ad account was created for us, where we started receiving blocks from the very beginning, had a limit on daily performance, which is why we warmed it up for a certain period.
2. Terrible lead processing, which we only checked in the second month of cooperation. Because of this, we had a lead quality of only 3%, with 800 applications per month.
WHAT WAS DONE:
1. Conducted a full analysis of competitors' activities, identified the strengths and weaknesses of our client.
2. Built a targeting funnel for obtaining applications.
3. Developed a communication strategy based on unconventional offers and motion creatives, tested many different offers, made constant replacements until we hit the “bullseye” and found a working connection.
4. Initially directed traffic only to the geo of Ukraine and in English, then expanded the range of languages (added Polish and German) and expanded the geo of performance, starting to work in Poland and Germany (launching for Ukrainian and Russian-speaking people).
