Targeted advertising for a fast food establishment
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
A kebab shop in one of the cities of Ukraine. Popular for their kilogram kebabs and kebabs in buns.
This is not just a place for fast food, but also for a pleasant time with loved ones. They also have low prices compared to competitors, but the quality is much better, competitive prices.
MAIN TASKS:
1. Increase activity on the pages
2. Increase the number of purchases in the establishment and through delivery
PITFALLS:
1. There were delays before the first launches
2. They waited a long time for the shooting materials from SMM
3. They waited for creatives for a certain time
4. Constant drop in billing, which caused a loss of account trustworthiness
WHAT HAS BEEN DONE:
1. Conducted an audit of advertising activities
2. Launched delivery in targeting from a complete 0 (they had neither SMM nor advertising, not even an advertising cabinet)
3. Tested many different hypotheses/communications/creatives, increased the number of followers in the profile, increased the number of inquiries in Direct, visits to the establishment, and purchases through delivery
