Language school with online and offline courses and translation services.
We focused on generating applications for Polish language courses.
MAIN TASKS:
1. Create a stable flow of students to form new groups.
2. Sell individual training.
PITFALLS:
1. Actually, there are not that many. The main one is seasonality.
WHAT HAS BEEN DONE:
1. Conducted a full analysis of competitors' activities, identified the strengths and weaknesses of our client.
2. Built a targeting funnel for obtaining applications.
3. Developed a communication strategy for promotion.
4. A stable lead generation and sales system with a predictable outcome.
