Reverse engineering of the gear rotor of the pump (assembly part)
Creation of an accurate 3D copy based on the original physical part (internal working mechanism – gear rotor/impeller for pumping equipment or sprayer).
The model is an assembly structure consisting of two aligned parts. High-precision reverse engineering has been conducted from the original part. Special attention has been paid to the geometry of the teeth and the central nozzle (channel), as the part operates under pressure in the liquid pumping system.
An accurate parametric CAD model has been created, which fully corresponds to the dimensions of the original. The part is adapted for printing with technical plastics (PETG, ABS, nylon) for further operation in an aggressive environment (auto chemicals/water).
