Reverse engineering of the lumbar support handle for Renault Megane 3

Creation of an accurate 3D model of the lumbar support handle for the Renault Megane 3 based on the original. The part has a complex curved shape on the outside and high-precision mounting points on the inside. Reverse engineering was conducted with tolerances considered for FDM printing technology. The model fits perfectly in the car's designated spot, all internal fastenings and grooves align to the millimeter and fully perform their function.
