Web application for analyzing customer reviews using AI — helps businesses quickly understand what customers think about a product and whether it is worth buying. Integration with OpenAI, support for CSV/JSON, user personal account.

Project description:
Developed a web application that helps both companies and individual buyers make informed purchasing decisions. The service collects reviews from various sources — online stores, forums, marketplaces — and uses AI analysis to form clear conclusions: whether to buy the product, its strengths and weaknesses. The application features a user personal account with authorization, the ability to upload files (CSV, JSON, TXT), as well as tools for data analysis and visualization. Integration with OpenAI API and generation of analytical recommendations is implemented.

What has been done:
Development of a responsive interface (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS)
Backend on FastAPI, PostgreSQL database
ORM level on SQLAlchemy
JWT authentication, registration, and user roles
Jinja2 templates and dynamic page generation
Working with CSV / JSON / TXT files
Data analysis and integration of OpenAI API (NLP)
Support for AI landing pages and multi-page structure

Result:
Created a SaaS solution that combines a user-friendly interface and powerful AI data analysis. The application helps companies save time on researching reviews and make accurate purchasing decisions, while individual users can quickly understand whether to buy a product.
