Scaling a mobile application for HR directors on LinkedIn
The project began with the need for a complete overhaul of the strategy: the advertising account required cleaning, and the learning algorithms were not functioning correctly. The main task was to engage decision-makers (LPR) in the field of maritime recruitment.
Implemented steps:
1. Corrected errors in event settings for proper training of LinkedIn algorithms.
2. Divided campaigns into brand awareness (B2C) and lead generation for HR managers (B2B).
3. Launched video ads and expert posts in a restrained business style, which reduced the cost per click (CPC) to $0.09.
Thanks to "social proof" and reaching key maritime hubs, a steady flow of targeted traffic was achieved.
