I proposed such a scheme of cross-analysis for the online store of electronics. It will allow the following:
1) obtain full data about each stage of customer interaction with the business, consider returns of goods, cancelled orders, requests made by phone, in chat, in personal messages, comments on social networks or e-mail, offline conversions;
2) find out what the average cost of attracting one customer;
3) in the range of multi-channel sequences to figure out which sources and channels of traffic are most profitable and which are losing;
4) to figure out the sources of applications that most often lead to sale;
5) to distribute the budget between the advertising sources on the basis of the return of investments in them;
6) Choose the optimal attribute model;
7) understand how to adjust the sales wheel to ensure the greatest conversion;
8) to find out how to optimize the work of different business departments (stock, sales, finance).
