The problem of the company (the task):
Two times tried to implement the CRM system on their own. As a result, the data on customers is partially in Excel, partially in CRM, and partially on sheets. Several times they tried to put the script on their own into the work, but in the end the manager said how it was done.
Decision on this company (accomplishments):
- the conversion to sales increased by 24% since the first test month, even given that it was NO season;
- transfer all bases with old customers to a single CRM
16 different scripts from the first call to the quality assessment and receipt of recommendations. They recorded each script based on the recordings of real conversations.
