I managed Google Ads campaigns for Rise Garage Doors — an emergency garage door repair service in the USA, operating in a niche with mandatory Advanced Verification from Google.

The project was in a challenging situation: limited impressions, policy violations, low call quality, and a high volume of spam.

My task was to restore stable ad performance, improve lead quality, and pass Google verification.

What was done:

Conducted a full audit of the ad account
Restructured Search campaigns by user intent groups
Cleared search queries of non-target traffic
Created and implemented negative keyword lists
Optimized Performance Max campaigns
Set up call quality control through CallRail
Identified and reduced the number of spam calls

Filed appeals and supported the verification process
