Smart parsing of job vacancies/leads: AI scoring (evaluation 1-100), deduplication
What problem it solves: HR specialists, recruiters, or B2B departments spend hours manually monitoring websites, filtering duplicates, and assessing how well the offer matches their requests. The best job vacancies or leads are intercepted by competitors due to delays.
What has been done: A comprehensive autonomous data collection and evaluation system has been built based on n8n, Google Sheets, and AI.
Flexible management: The client simply enters the job title/niche, keywords, and required skills into Google Sheets.
Continuous monitoring: The algorithm collects data from the 5 main job sites in Ukraine at a specified frequency (up to every 5 minutes).
Clean database (Deduplication): The system remembers the collected data and does not miss duplicates in the overall database.
AI analysis and Scoring: The neural network reads each job vacancy and independently sorts them into "relevant" and "irrelevant," distributing them across different sheets. Each target vacancy is assigned a score from 1 to 100 by the AI based on the exact match with the client's requirements.
Instant notifications: The best offers are immediately sent to Telegram along with a brief reasoned conclusion from the AI (why it is suitable).
Result for the business: Fully automated search. The client receives only hot, filtered offers with the highest ratings directly in the messenger, working with data faster than any competitor.
